Brendan Armour, Esq.
Brendan Armour is an attorney specializing in real estate law, representing buyers, lenders and sellers in all phases of property transactions. Brendan has experience in commercial and residential conveyancing, Landlord-Tenant law, as well as business and civil litigation.
A native of Norwood, Massachusetts, Brendan attended Noble and Greenough School in Dedham before enrolling at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. A member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society, Brendan graduated magna cum laude, majoring in Government and minoring in Latin.
During college, Brendan gained business and legal experience while interning at Fenway Sports Marketing and The Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. Following graduation, Brendan worked as a scheduling manager for the Joint Venture, a subcontractor for the MBTA’s The Ride program.
In 2011, Brendan enrolled in Boston College Law School. While at BC Law Brendan was an active member in school organizations and competitions. He co-founded the BC Law Alumni charity golf charity tournament, which seeks to raise funds for students pursuing a career in public interest work. In his final year at BC Law Brendan externed at the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau serving as a rule 3:03 student-attorney representing indigent clients in civil litigation matters including landlord-tenant disputes and family law matters.
Brendan previously worked at real estate and litigation firms in the MetroWest area. During his free time, Brendan is an avid New England sports fan and a struggling but persistent golfer.
