Bryan T. Noonan, Esq.
Bryan Noonan is an associate specializing in real estate law and represents both buyers and sellers in all stages of the real estate transaction. Bryan joined Statera Law in 2022. Prior to joining Statera Law, Bryan worked as a mortgage lending regulatory compliance consultant and as compliance officer at a community bank in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
A native of southern New Hampshire, Bryan attended Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua, New Hampshire before enrolling at the University of New Hampshire in Durham. At UNH, Bryan majored in Political Science with a minor in Justice Studies, graduating magna cum laude in 2010. Between undergraduate and law school, Bryan worked as a bankruptcy legal assistant at a general civil litigation firm in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Bryan attended Boston University School of Law in 2012, where he was active in numerous moot court teams and in BU Law’s Employment Rights Clinic. As a second-year law student, Bryan competed in the prestigious Homer Albers Moot Court competition, and as a third-year law student he competed in the Sutherland Cup National First Amendment Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. He also worked as a Rule 3:03 student-attorney representing indigent clients in various employment related matters, including discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act, and unemployment insurance cases.
In his spare time, Bryan is an avid sports fan and can often be found attending Celtics games as a season ticket holder. He also enjoys playing guitar, golf, hiking, or kayaking by his home in Pembroke, where he lives with his fiancée.
Bryan is licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
