Nancy Molinari

​After graduating from the Catholic University of America with a B.A. in English Literature, Nancy Molinari worked at a small law firm in Wellesley, Massachusetts. She was later hired as a legal assistant by a busy real estate law firm in Needham and received her paralegal licensure from Northeastern University in 2003 and since then has continued to develop an unparalleled skill set from nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. 

 

She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the closing process working closely with lenders, buyers, sellers and their agents to ensure a seamless transaction. As with her prior law firm, Nancy heads the paralegal team at Statera Law.

 

Nancy works on all real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, and ensures a high level of service for clients, lenders, and brokers. Her responsibilities include acting as a main point of contact for residential real estate clients, tracking and processing documentation, and keeping everyone informed throughout the process.

Nancy lives in the metrowest area and enjoys spending time with her husband and taking their beloved Boxer pup on hikes.
