Alan Polozov, Esq.

Attorney Alan Polozov joined Statera Law in March of 2025, with a focus on residential real estate conveyancing in Massachusetts.

Alan received his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2024. During law school, he interned at Mass General Brigham in the Transactional Affairs Group, where he negotiated contracts with national and international parties on behalf of the hospital’s principal investigators. He then spent his final year in law school as part of the Student Innovations Law Clinic regularly counseling young entrepreneurs from BU and MIT on complex intellectual property matters, particularly with regard to trademark and copyright legal issues. Having enjoyed the experience of helping people through significant milestones in their lives, Alan turned his attention to real estate conveyancing.

Using his previous counseling experience and negotiation skills, Alan enjoys the process of drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements. As all land is unique, Alan treats each purchase and sale of real estate property with an equal level of care to make certain that his client’s priorities are protected. Regardless of whether a closing is happening in the distant future, or is due to occur within a few weeks, Alan is prepared to help his clients through every step of the process, without missing any key details.

In his spare time, Alan enjoys spending time with his partner, studying foreign languages, and hiking through the wilderness.
