Robert Reutzel, Esq.
Rob possesses expertise in commercial and residential real estate, acting as a trusted advisor for both buyers and sellers. Practicing since 2011, his focus is on general real estate, land title, zoning, and land use matters. This includes representing buyers and sellers in purchase and sale negotiations‚ reviewing title examinations, and representing lenders in real estate closings.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Rob received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Mary Washington. He then headed north to Boston to attend Northeastern University School of Law, where he focused on business and intellectual property law.
Rob developed his legal skills drafting memoranda and opinions for Magistrate Judge Marianne Boller in the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Additionally, Rob worked in the corporate and intellectual property litigation and transaction practices at Wolf Greenfield & Sacks, P.C., a business and intellectual property law firm in Boston. He also interned in the technology transfer and patent prosecution division of Cubist Pharmaceuticals drafting contracts and patent applications. Prior to joining Statera Law, Rob worked at two boutique law firms in the Boston area.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys practicing and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitions, coaching his daughter’s youth lacrosse team, traveling and spending time with his wife and daughter.
