Christopher Roy, Esq.
Christopher ("Chris") completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Hawaii in 2008, and returned home to study law at Western New England University, where he earned his J.D. in 2014. Chris is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Connecticut.
Chris has a wealth of experience in estate planning and elder law. Prior to establishing his own law firm, PlanIt Law, P.C., in 2021, he worked as an associate attorney, where he dealt with a wide range of estate planning matters, including business succession planning involving closely held businesses, complex estate planning, tax planning, asset protection, and supplemental needs planning.
Before attending law school, Chris worked for the Northeast Center for Youth and Families in Easthampton, Massachusetts, where he served as a Residential Counselor for at-risk youth. This experience influenced his decision to pursue a career in law. He now helps families design and create estate plans to ensure their loved ones are prepared for the future.
Chris is a native of Agawam, Massachusetts, where he currently lives with his wife Katie, and son Weston. He enjoys hiking, sports, and spending time with his family in his free time.
