Jake T. Picard, Esq.

Jake is a real estate attorney focused on transactions in Massachusetts and Connecticut who will oversee and complete your purchase, sale, or refinance with a fine attention to detail.  Jake has experience in performing and reviewing title examinations and solving problems that might arise to ensure clients are receiving their property free and clear of any title defects.

Buying or selling a home, or any other property, can be a stressful situation for everyone involved. Jake will provide clear guidance and ensure the process is as smooth as possible.  Jake’s goal is to ensure everyone is content with both the process of buying or selling, especially when settling into a new home.

Jake performed his undergraduate studies at Western New England University (2016) in Springfield, MA, graduating top of his class with a major in Political Science and a minor in Economics.  Jake performed his legal studies and received his J.D. at Boston University School of Law (2019) in Boston, MA.

Jake spends his time outside of the office playing or coaching basketball, or otherwise enjoying time with his friends, family, and pets.
