Jonathan Goldman, Esq.

Jonathan is an experienced real estate attorney you can trust to handle your transaction with expertise and individual attention. Jonathan concentrates on residential real estate acquisitions and sales, residential mortgage lending, residential and commercial zoning and land use matters, and negotiations of commercial lease agreements. Jonathan also has extensive experience in reviewing title examinations and formulating problem-solving strategies to ensure that clear, marketable title is conveyed to his clients.

The process of real estate conveyancing is often fast paced and confusing for both Buyers and Sellers. Jonathan’s patience, professionalism and communication with his clients has earned him praise as being easy to work with and knowledgeable.

Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family (most notably his son, Charlie), running the family dog (Lola), coaching youth soccer across Massachusetts, and when time permits contributing content to a football website he created in 2009 in support of his favorite NFL team.

Jonathan received his undergraduate degree from State University of New York – Geneseo (2004), graduating on the Dean’s List while dual majoring in Psychology and Political Science.  Jonathan received his J.D. from New England Law – Boston (2011).
